Company Profile

KJV Alloy Conductors (P) Ltd.
started its operation with manufacturing AAC (All Aluminium Conductor),
ACSR (Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced), Bare Aluminum Wire & Strips, Bare Aluminum Alloy Wire,
Galvanised Iron Wire (G I Wire/Stay Wire) in the year 1989. Subsequently we included AAAC
(All Aluminium Alloy Conductor), ABC (Aerial Bunched Cable) & Paper
Covered (Insulated) Wire & Strips to our product mix. |

For
last two decades, we have been manufacturing these conductors (AAC
- All Aluminium Conductor,
ACSR - Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced AAAC - All Aluminium Alloy
Conductor, ABC - Aerial Bunched Cable)
for
Distribution & Transmission power lines. Company has supplied them
to all major Thermal power stations & Electricity Board of India
as well as overseas. Our products covers entire Range of voltage
& transmission lines suitable upto 500kV. We have also
successfully exported our
products under stiff global competition. In total we have 3 production
units, two in Hyderabad & one in Nagpur with the annual production
capacity of 5000MT. |
Quality Assurance

We
exercise
rigid quality control
at all
the stages of the product manufacturing cycle. Our products
have been
approved by the Bureau of Indian Standards (IS 398 Part I, II & IV), and we have
license to
put their mark on our products. Our products
have also been tested and approved by international agencies like
Societe Generale De Surveillance S.A. (SGS).

Value Added Services

We
only use Compex Dies (Instead of Tungsten Carbide or
Diamond Die) to achieve precise size of wire.

We
procure Raw Material from Primary
Producers only which ensures consistent good quality raw material.

We
can also do Job work (Raw material is provided
by customer) for sizeable quantity as per Excise Rule.

We
provide Routine Test Report & Guarantee Certificate
on our
products.

In
the present scenario where everyone looks for outsourcing, we
are cutting costs by Insourcing. We have well-equipped
maintenance department which helps in better control
of daily production and quality.
